And the best part is: After you have completed the experience, you can continue to come back and join us for any of our Project Based Classes!

Come join us for a really fun and educational experience in glass art making as a

Glass Artist for the Day!

In a four hour period you will receive instruction and all the materials to complete three art glass pieces (one in each of those areas).

Here’s how it works:

In small groups of 6 people or less, you’ll spend a little over an hour with an instructor in each area. The individual projects are designed to be completed in the time allowed. Each area has an instructor and teaching assistants to guide you through the process. You’ll get enough instruction for each technique to have immediate success while finding out interesting and fun filled facts about the magical properties of glass.

The torchworking and stained glass projects can be taken home the same day while the fused glass projects need to be fired in the kiln and then picked up at a later date. We can mail the project to you at an additional nominal charge.

The specific projects can change based on material availability and the instructors, but a typical sampling would be:

Torchworking: Make a pendant, sculpted flower or small animal

Fused glass: Make a 6 inch tile or dish

Stained glass: Make a suncatcher using the copper foil method

And the best part is: After you have completed the experience, you can continue to come back and join us for any of our Project Based Classes!

Cost is $165 per person

This unique experience makes a great gift! It can be an event for corporate team building, fun for the whole family (must be 12 or older) and a unique idea for a little get together with friends. Or just treat yourself and meet new people while creating your object d’art!

Want to give this experience for someone else? We offer gift certificates as well, by calling 408-971-1530.
